The Calendar lets you plan and schedule flights in advance — privately or as coordinated group events with other pilots.
The Calendar feature requires an active FlyAround subscription. Free trial accounts may have restricted access.

Starting a Scheduled Flight
When a scheduled event is approaching:
- Load the correct aircraft in MSFS
- Open the Dispatcher Wizard (“Time to Fly” on the map)
- The associated route will be pre-filled from the calendar event
- Complete the Dispatcher steps and confirm
After completing the flight, it links to the calendar event in your Logbook — visible under the Schedule tab of the flight detail view.
Calendar Notifications
FlyAround sends in-app reminders before scheduled events so you have time to load your aircraft and prepare.
Tips
- All times are displayed in UTC for consistency across time zones.
- Group flights are great for coordinating with friends or virtual airline crews.
- You can have multiple events on the same day but only one active flight at a time.
