Profile & Billing

Manage your pilot profile, personal information, subscription status, and billing details from the Profile settings page.
Opening Your Profile
Click the edit icon next to your name in the main navigation menu header.
Profile Tab
Editable Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Nickname | Your display name shown to other pilots and on the map |
| Handle | Your unique pilot handle / callsign (set once — cannot be changed after initial setup) |
| About | A short bio visible on your public profile |
| Avatar | Upload or update your profile picture |
Click Save to apply changes.
Pilot Statistics (read-only)
Updated automatically after each completed flight:
- Total Flights — Number of completed flights
- Flight Hours — Total Hobbs time
- Distance Traveled — Total nautical miles flown
Billing Tab
(Visible only if the Billing feature is enabled on your account)
Account Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Full access to all subscription features |
| Trial | Free trial period — expiration date shown |
| Limited | Trial expired or billing inactive — features restricted |
When your account is Limited, a banner appears across the app and features such as Calendar and flight dispatch become unavailable.
Billing Information
- Legal Name — Registered name on the billing account
- Billing Address — Address associated with your payment method
Subscription Management

| Activate Billing Code | Enter a promo or redemption code |
| Invoice History | View and download past invoices |
| Cancel Subscription | Cancel your current plan (with confirmation dialog) |
Tips
- Handle: Choose carefully — it cannot be changed after it is set.
- Billing codes: Enter promo or voucher codes in the “Activate Billing Code” field under the Billing tab.
- Trial expiration: Check the expiration date shown in the Billing tab to avoid unexpected feature lockouts.
- Cancellation: After cancelling, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your Logbook and Hangar data are always preserved.
