The Live Map is the home screen of FlyAround. It shows real-time global flight activity and lets you track your own flight, explore other pilots’ flights, and view airport information.

Accessing the Live Map

The Live Map is the default screen when you open FlyAround. Return to it any time by selecting Live Map from the main navigation menu.

What You See on the Map

  • Flight position markers — Aircraft icons showing active flights from all connected pilots
  • Route lines — Planned route paths
  • Airport markers — Selectable airport icons
  • Your aircraft — Highlighted separately when you have an active flight

The Search Box at the top of the map lets you:

  • Search for a specific flight by callsign or flight ID
  • Search for airports by ICAO/IATA code or name
  • Jump to any location on the map

Interacting with Flights
