Is FlyAround free?

FlyAround offers a free trial with access to most features for a limited period. After the trial, a subscription is required for premium features. Check your current status in Profile → Billing.


What features require a subscription?

  • Flight Calendar & Scheduling
  • Group Flights
  • AI Assistant
  • Unrestricted flight dispatch

What happens when my trial expires?

Your account becomes Limited:

  • A “Account is Limited” banner appears at the top of the app
  • New flight dispatch may be blocked
  • Calendar and scheduling become unavailable
  • Your Logbook and Hangar data remain intact

Go to Profile → Billing and activate a plan to restore full access.


How do I check my account status?

  1. Click the edit icon next to your name in the navigation menu
  2. Open the Billing tab
  3. Status is shown as: Active, Trial (with expiration date), or Limited

How do I activate a subscription?

  1. Open Profile → Billing tab
  2. Browse Billing Offers
  3. Select a plan and follow the payment prompts
  4. Account status updates to Active immediately after successful payment

I have a promo or billing code — how do I use it?

  1. Open Profile → Billing tab
  2. Find “Activate Billing Code”
  3. Enter your code and confirm

The associated plan or extension is applied to your account.


How do I view my invoice history?

Open Profile → Billing tab → Invoice History. Click any invoice to view or download it.


How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open Profile → Billing tab
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm in the dialog

Access continues until the end of the current billing period.


Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. Your Logbook, Hangar, and pilot profile are preserved regardless of billing status. Cancellation only restricts access to premium features.


My account shows “Limited” but I have an active subscription

Try:

  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Wait a few minutes for the billing system to sync
  3. If the issue persists, contact FlyAround support with your account email and subscription confirmation
