Is FlyAround free?
FlyAround offers a free trial with access to most features for a limited period. After the trial, a subscription is required for premium features. Check your current status in Profile → Billing.
What features require a subscription?
- Flight Calendar & Scheduling
- Group Flights
- AI Assistant
- Unrestricted flight dispatch
What happens when my trial expires?
Your account becomes Limited:
- A “Account is Limited” banner appears at the top of the app
- New flight dispatch may be blocked
- Calendar and scheduling become unavailable
- Your Logbook and Hangar data remain intact
Go to Profile → Billing and activate a plan to restore full access.
How do I check my account status?
- Click the edit icon next to your name in the navigation menu
- Open the Billing tab
- Status is shown as: Active, Trial (with expiration date), or Limited
How do I activate a subscription?
- Open Profile → Billing tab
- Browse Billing Offers
- Select a plan and follow the payment prompts
- Account status updates to Active immediately after successful payment
I have a promo or billing code — how do I use it?
- Open Profile → Billing tab
- Find “Activate Billing Code”
- Enter your code and confirm
The associated plan or extension is applied to your account.
How do I view my invoice history?
Open Profile → Billing tab → Invoice History. Click any invoice to view or download it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Profile → Billing tab
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm in the dialog
Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your Logbook, Hangar, and pilot profile are preserved regardless of billing status. Cancellation only restricts access to premium features.
My account shows “Limited” but I have an active subscription
Try:
- Log out and log back in
- Wait a few minutes for the billing system to sync
- If the issue persists, contact FlyAround support with your account email and subscription confirmation
